The new Durabed includes advanced tailgate technology, like the available Power Release tailgate and the industry’s first and only Power Up/Down tailgate. The Silverado also boasts an available Drive Mode selector, which enhances performance depending on terrain and what you are using your Silverado to accomplish. The modes include Off-Road, Tour, Terrain, Sport, Snow/Ice, and Tow/Haul.

The Silverado also boasts a large selection of available trailering tech, like the In Vehicle Trailering System with Pre-departure Checklist, Trailer Light Test, Service Reminders, and Trailering Profiles. Other trailering technology includes Tow/Haul Reminder, Trailer Theft Alert, and the Trailer Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitor. For enhanced visibility while towing, the 2019 Silverado 1500 is also available with the Rear Trailer Camera, Side View Cameras, Electric Parking Brake Hookup Assist, and Hitch Guidance with Hitch View.

In-cabin technology in the Chevy Silverado includes the available multicolor 15-inch diagonal Head-up Display and the Chevrolet Infotainment 3 System, which boasts Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ compatibility. Built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi is also available in the cabin.
