Great customer service!

Great salesman but there are a few things I don't understand. 1. Why do you advertise 2.9 interest but never was offered it ? I got 7.9 with a great credit rating not fare. 2. I traded in a vehicle with a possible blown motor but I just put a $10,000 transmission in it and you gave me $5,000 for it, I don't think that was fare. 3.I didn't like when you get with the finance guy he is acting like he is giving you a good deal by throwing in the extra warranty but extending your note so it looks affordable on a 8 year loan that sad. Do mew vehicles not come with any warranty? I would like to talk to the owner and see if he approves this is how he wants his dealership run. And how many people a day get screwed like this thanks looking forward to hearing from you. Peter Hickey.

Friendly service with a smile

I brought my Traverse in for tires and an oil change. The service as always was excellent.

Computers were down, so we were told we would be unable to use our $25 off coupon on the oil & filter change and tire rotation. The coupon is good till 5/31/25, but we won’t be getting another oil change by then.

They always have good service all smiles always helpful.

You accommodated the first service on my 2025 Suburban (5K miles) but were unable to trouble shoot the automatic function for second row driver side seat.

On Monday May 19th had an appointment with Bill Hood Chevrolet to have my Silverado serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. In addition, I requested the air conditioner be checked as the air didn’t feel cold enough and the past records checked to determine if the spark plugs had been changed at 97,500 miles as required by the maintenance schedule. The A/C had a sticking left actuator requiring the dashboard removed to replace it. The spark plugs and their wires were replaced after 108,000 miles. In addition, front stabilizer bushings were found missing and they were replaced. I was given cost and manpower estimates on each effort prior to my authorization. Bill Hood Chevrolet continues to give quality service at a competitive price over the shortest amount of time.

My wife and I had a great experience. Our salesman Mr Steven made us feel relaxed . He made us feel like he was there to help us anyway he could. He was very knowledgeable about the truck we purchased. He listened to our needs and wants. Every step in the process of our purchase was pleasurable. Engine light came on during an1200 mile trip.I arrived at 7 am they took me right in. Mechanic came in at 8 am diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had me back on the road at 11am.

Communication lacking. I had to call for updates, nobody was contacting me. Expected to get car back on Monday but apparently the tech left sick and did not pass my ticket on to anyone else when someone should have called me to authorize the work.

I had a great experience... Greg made it seem effortless and did everything to make my experience the the easiest and best it could possibly be. Fast and friendly and took note of my needs and got the deal done for me.

The work was done. It just took a long time. Our appointment wasn’t until 10:00am. We didn’t leave until almost 12pm. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time. So, happy with the actual work but not the time it took.

I did back-to-back oil changes over two days on my Corvettes. They are garaged kept and my service advisor Lubin Lanne did a great job taking care of them. The team at Bill Hood did an awesome job of servicing both vehicles. I would highly recommend Bill Hood for all of your vehicle needs.

Was VERY disappointed tpo find out at the the end that I was being charged 3,600 dollars for something I didn't want (ceramic coating etc.....). I left the dealership and was called back because of this.

Oil change as expected. As them to torque bolts, done as expected, and had them look for a noisy pulley....still not found. Still looking.

The experience was pretty simple, but I believe more time could have been spent explaining the additional purchases, such as extended warranty and wheel/tire coverage.

My salesman Bill could not have been any more helpful. He listened to my needs and never asked me to reconsider. The men in finances and final paperwork were the best! I Highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

Brought our Brand new GMC Yukon in after a found transmission coolant line leak to be repaired. After the initial conversation and the expectation of delivery of new parts to repair i did not hear form the service advisor for 4 days. I tried multiple times calling and leaving messages with no reply. after the 5th day I was able to get in touch with the service advisor and he mentioned it was still getting worked on. My wife was out of a vehicle, for a week and put a strain on trying to share a vehicle with no offering of a rental for a warranty fix on a care that has 400miles on it. The ask is to just keep the client informed even though it may take longer than initially quoted i would have understood , but the radio silence was unfortunate.

My wife said that she could here people cussing from behind the counter and after oil change she got halfway home that is hr away lights for tires came on and I called the service center and the guy said had to bring it back it is what it is and I asked him if it was something I could do at home he said no had to put a machine on it to reset everything so she had to go all the way back and get it fixed

Quick service on a busy Friday afternoon!

As you know, I recently purchased a pre-owned, certified 2023 Suburban-Premier. It allegedly has a clear 'CARFAX' showing no accidents/repairs. I completed my purchase on Thursday (December 11th) only to discover a major problem on the front passenger-side door over the weekend. The door had been poorly repaired, repainted but in a greenish shade that is in no way comparable to the car's bright, white finish. In fact, there was obvious paint overspray evident on the door's weatherstripping--which should have been caught when the vehicle was prepped for sale and unnoticed by Hood's 122-point inspectors. In any case, this damage was not disclosed to me prior to the purchase. The car has since been inspected by Hood's salesman, who assured me it would be brought to the business manager for resolution. So far, no further contact has been made by Hood. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this purchase, the lack of communication once the paintwork-damage issue was inspected, and Hood's apparent indifference to a repeat customer. I shopped for a certified pre-owned Chevrolet for the peace of mind that purchase would bring. Yet now, I feel duped. All I want from your dealer is to be treated fairly and to have my vehicle's pre-existing defect resolved. Dominic F. Tusa -- Covington, LA

Poor communication, made me drop off my car the day before my 7am appointment on Tuesday , didn’t actually start looking at my vehicle until Wednesday I was able to finally get my truck Wednesday afternoon but I had to call back several times just to find out what was going on.

Timely service.

Took my wife's car in for check engine light issue, possible battery issue, noise from the clutch on air conditioner, & oil change & tire rotation. The check engine light was a loose vacuum hose; the battery was ok although I think the posts may have been cleaned. The air conditioner clutch was ruled normal and of course the oil change and tire rotation all completed within a short time & saved me money on what I thought I would have spent. I really like Bill Hood Service Department for their reliability & trustworthiness.

They were very efficient. Fast service. Great customer service. Highly recommend. Will use again.

Our salesman, Mr Bill Chaucer was great. He was patient, reasonable, and explained everything I had questions about. If not for the singing, constantly joking Mr Brad Pitt who focuses more on telling jokes and making things awkward when all you want to do is get your temp tag and leave, I would have given 5 stars. My first choice for my next vehicle purpose would still be Bill Hood, but when it comes time to get my temp tag, I will let whoever is with me get it while I wait outside. Or, let him wear a clown costume with a red nose you can honk so you know what you are walking into.

The service was excellent. The problem on the other hand has me upset because the last 14 brand new purchases I have made, none of them have had 3 services before 5500 miles of use. This is the first time I have experienced needed service 3 times before 100,000 miles! The truck runs good has good response but the electronics and electrical problems are an issue.

oil change went well as far as I know, just don't understand why the Chevy dealer would tell me they couldn't run my truck through the carwash because they couldn't get the antenna off? Came off real easy when I got home.

The service staff is always easy to work with, they communicate the maintenance needs of my vehicle so there is no surprise when it comes to making a decision on next steps. I appreciate that they are friendly, and attentive to the care of my vehicle.

Service department is Dishonest and has no idea what they are doing. I have had poor experiences last few times have been there and this last time was the last straw. I wanted to speak with the dealerships manager and have not been able to.
